Terry Tempest Williams to Speak on February 21

Author and environmental activist Terry Tempest Williams begins her Montgomery Fellow residence on February 6. On campus until March 4, she will present a public lecture, "Circles of Community: From Castle Valley to Rwanda," on February 21 at 4:30 p.m. in Filene Auditorium, Moore Hall. The author of seven books and a passionate advocate for public lands and free speech, Tempest Williams is best known for Refuge: An Unnatural History of Family and Place.
