Iraqi Kids Project

A student-run charity drive, sponsored by Epsilon Kappa Theta sorority and Dartmouth ROTC, is collecting items such as toy cars, clothing, crayons, shoes, hair brushes and soccer balls for children in Iraq.

Donations will be accepted through June 8 in the following dormitory basement locations: McLane, Streeter, Mid-Mass, Hitchcock, Russell Sage, Bissell/Cohen lounge, Wheeler, Woodward, Mid-Fayer, Topliff, New Hampshire and Brace Commons. Other collection locations include: Topside, Collis information desk, the Dartmouth College Child Care Center and the offices of the Departments of Art History, Biology and Film and Television Studies. Spare change to help cover shipping expenses is being collected at Topside.

To make a monetary donation or arrange for special pick-up, blitz Elizabeth M. Hunt or Meredith M. Wilson.

The drive has received assistance from the Dean of the College office and the Dartmouth College Child Care Center.
