Computing Technology Venture Fund announces Request for Proposals

The Computing Technology Venture Fund is announcing its Request for Proposals for 2005. The Venture Fund awards grants to Dartmouth faculty, enabling them to explore ways of deploying computing technology into the curriculum in innovative ways. The Venture Fund encourages curricular projects that are based on original and creative concepts that have a wide range of scope and applicability. Examples of Venture Fund projects are those that enhance access to curricular materials, enhance student learning or enable new learning methods and provide resources used in Dartmouth courses.  All regular members of the Dartmouth teaching faculty may apply.

Award recipients receive full support from the Academic Computing staff to assist in the realization of the project. The deadline for submission of proposals is May 30, 2005.

For more information, contact Malcolm Brown, Director of Academic Computing at 646-1349. Complete information (including the RFP) can be found online.
