Halting Nuclear Weapons Proliferation: Sculpting Effective, Acceptable Strategies

David Albright, physicist and President of the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) in Washington D.C., will speak on non-proliferation policy-making. Albiright, who was the first non-governmental inspector of the Iraqi nuclear program in 1996, assesses secret nuclear weapons programs throughout the world.
