American Academy of Arts and Letters show runs to April 4

Two lecturers in the studio art department, Gerald Auten and Enrico Riley, have been selected for inclusion with 30 other artists in the American Academy of Arts and Letters Invitational Exhibition of Painting and Sculpture from Monday, March 8, to Sunday, April 4, in New York City.

Auten, who is also director of the studio art exhibition program, and Riley are both painters. Artists must be nominated by AAAL members and then approved by an awards committee before being invited to participate in the show. From the final pool of invited artists, a separate committee will choose several people to receive AAAL awards ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
