Bulgarian pianist Veselinka Ivanova will perform "Piano Miniatures by Bulgarian Composers," with two Dartmouth students as part of the Vaughan Recital Series, on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 12:30 p.m. in the Faulkner Recital Hall.

Ivanova teaches piano, chamber music and pedagogy at the Stoianov School of the Arts in Rousse, Bulgaria. She has performed in Bulgaria, Romania and Germany, and her repertoire includes works by well-known classical composers, as well as Bulgarian composers Pancho Vladigero, Petko Stainov and Vassil Kazandjiev. She will offer a piano master class that evening at 8 p.m. in the Faulkner Recital Hall. Both events are free and open to the public.

Her visit is funded by the Griffith Fund and the Gidden Fund.
