Class: Stress Control

A weekly class on stress control will be offered at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in March and April. Taught by Robert Ferguson, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, the class will focus on methods of improving stress management and reducing problem anxiety and stress-related symptoms. The meetings will include lectures and discussions, but will not resemble group therapy. Tuition is $100 for six meetings, which are on Mondays, beginning March 1 and ending April 5 in Auditorium G of DHMC. The registration deadline is the beginning of the first class meeting.
