For Dartmouth Employees: eWay Frequently Asked Questions
- What if I forget my campaign code?
The Campaign Code for the 2008 Dartmouth College campaign is DC08. - What if I forget my username?
Your user name is you blitz mail user name.
- What if I forget my password?
At the login page click "Forget Password?". After completing the form, you will receive an email with a new password. - Can I use a paper pledge form?
Yes, paper pledge forms are available if you choose not to use the electronic pledge system. Contact your Division coordinator to request a form, or download the pledge form (136kb PDF). Once complete, return the form to HB 6123. - Can I change my pledge after I submit it?
Once submitted, the pledge cannot be changed on the eWay site. Donors may contact Peter Glenshaw 646-4099 if they need assistance with their pledge. - Can I designate my gift to a specific organization?
Yes, donors may direct their gift to any 501(C)3 organization by selecting "Write In an Agency". Up to six (6) designations are allowed. The name, city and state of the agency are required to designate an agency. Upper Valley United Way staff may contact you to provide further information if necessary. - Can I change my work address or email address?
Your work address and email address are part of the donor file and may not be changed on the eWay site. Please contact Dana Hanson, 448-2766 or email United Way if an address change is necessary. - What if I leave Dartmouth College before the end of the year?
All payroll deductions continue for 12 consecutive months. If you terminate your employment before December 30, you may choose from several options: 1) you can instruct the payroll department to deduct the balance of your pledge from your last pay check; 2) you can send a check for the balance directly to Upper Valley United Way; 3) you can instruct Upper Valley United Way to bill your credit or debit card for the balance.
- Is eWay secure?
United eWay has achieved Cybertrust Certification, formerly TruSecure Certification. As a Cybertrust Certified organization, eWay has had its security controls, procedures and policies examined, measured and validated by Cybertrust, Inc., the global information security specialist.
- Will others know how much I've pledged?
Information about pledges is strictly confidential. Only Upper Valley United Way office personnel and Dartmouth College payroll personnel have access to pledge information.
- Will Upper Valley United Way contact me at home?
By default, Upper Valley United Way will only contact you at work unless you provide us with your home contact information.
- Will Upper Valley United Way share my name?
Upper Valley United Way has a strict privacy policy. We do not rent, trade or sell any information about our donors.
- How do I make my donation by check?
On the "Payment Type" page, select check. On the next page, write in the amount of the gift. Use an interoffice envelope to mail your check via Hinman mail to HB 6123.
