| File "crys.m" is the basic file which specifies the parameters for the crystal model analysis, and allows the user to load the image file into the program. Then it calls crystO.m to transfer all information and run analysis in that file.
The file "rotxtal.m" is a function modified by U. Gibson in August and September 2004 and will return the rotation information to the parent program; otherwise it is the unchanged function described in the header of the file:
