Director of Finance and Administration
 Dr. Nathaniel Jones III was appointed Director of Finance and Administration for the Tucker Foundation in February 2005. Formerly, he served as Project Director for the Medicare Health Outcomes Survey Evaluation Grant working for the Maryland Institute for Policy Analysis and Research and taught graduate courses as an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the public policy department at the University of Maryland.
Dr. Jones also served as the Assistant Dean of Administration for the College of Education at Northern Arizona University for three years. He has over 18 years of experience in planning, financial and administrative affairs, and in research and teaching. He has managed multimillion dollar budgets and diverse staffs within higher education and the health care industry. Dr. Jones received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1987, his MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore in 1993, and his Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Maryland in 2002.
