There will be three information sessions held in March and April 2013. All undergraduates who submit an application must attend one of the following information sessions:
Friday, March 1, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Rocky 002
Tuesday, March 26, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Rocky 002
Wednesday, April 3, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Rocky 002
Officer and Participant Application for CCESP 2013
CCESP Scholarships: All CCESP applicants are eligible to apply for scholarships. If awarded, scholarships vary from $200-$1,050. The amount will be used toward the $1,500 trip participant fee. Students will receive scholarship funds first based on information provided by the Office of Financial Aid. Please read this letter (.pdf) for deadline and submission information.
Applications will be reviewed by the Application Committee, which consists of CCESP leadership and Tucker staff. After preliminary readings, the Committee will grant interviews to selected applicants. Those applicants who are not granted interviews will be informed that their application is no longer moving forward in the process.
Applications Due: Wednesday April 10, 2013, at 11:59 p.m.
Interview Process: Weeks of April 19 to May 3
Final Decisions Announced: May 8, 2013
Final Day to Confirm Acceptance: May 10, 2013, at 12-noon
Officer Application Open Online: Monday February 25th, 2013
Officer Application Deadline: Friday March 8, 2013 @ 11:59 p.m.
Officer Interviews: Tuesday March 26th - Sunday 31st, 2013
Positions Announced: Wednesday April 3rd, 2013
