Application Procedures

Information Sessions

There will be three information sessions held in March and April 2014. All undergraduates (on campus) who submit an application must attend one of the following information sessions:

       Friday, February 28th, 2014 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tucker Foundation 105 (South Fairbanks Hall)

       Thursday, March 27th, 2014 5:30-6:30p.m. Tucker Foundation 105 (South Fairbanks Hall)

       Wednesday, April 2nd, 2014 5:30-6:30p.m. Tucker Foundation 105 (South Fairbanks Hall)

Officer and Participant Application for CCESP 2014

Student Director & Officer Descriptions

CCESP Scholarship information: All CCESP applicants offered a position on the trip as an officer or participant are eligible to apply for scholarships.  Applications will be sent out with offers to join the trip. If awarded, scholarships vary from $200-$1,050. The amount will be used toward the $1,500 trip participant fee.  For additional information please read this letter.


Application Review Time Table

Applications will be reviewed by the Application Committee, which consists of CCESP leadership and Tucker staff. After preliminary readings, the Committee will conduct interviews with selected applicants. Those applicants who are not granted interviews will be informed that their application is no longer moving forward in the process.

Participant Positions

Participant Applications Due: Wed. April 9, 2014, at 11:59 p.m.

Participant Interviews: April 16-May 4. 2014

Final Decisions Announced: May 7, 2014

     Financial Aid apps go out with acceptances – Due by Friday May 9, 12 noon

    Awards announced by end of day on Friday May 9

Final Day to Confirm Acceptance: Monday May 12, 2014, at 4:00 p.m.

Student Director and Officer Positions

Applications Due: Fri. March 7th, 2014 @ 11:59 pm

Interview Process: Tues. March 25th through Sun. March 30th (Skype interviews optional if not on campus)

Positions announced: Wed. April 2nd

     Financial Aid apps go out with acceptances – Due by Friday April 4, 12 noon

     Awards announced by end of day on Friday April 4

Positions Confirmed: Mon. April 7th
