Graduates Make Gifts to Tucker
This summer the Tucker Foundation once again received generous gifts of computer equipment from several members of the graduating class of 1998. Donations of computer equipment were made by Benjamin Cooperberg '98, Wendy Fleske '98, Molli Hamermesh '98, E. Alexander Hancock '98, Karen Rose '98, Theodore Yuo '98, Aaron Hockett, Brown '98, Erin Mancuso MALS '98 and Angela Lee '95. In addition to the graduate gifts, donations were also made by Melanie Norten, Director of Stewardship at the College, as well as by the Office of the Vice President and Treasurer, and The Dartmouth.. This equipment is appraised at more than $3,500, and will be valuable to the religious life and community service programs of the Foundation.
Over the past several years Tucker has added nearly a dozen new local, national, as well as international community service projects to its program list. This growth has placed new demands on our equipment and resources. These gifts allow the Foundation to provide the necessary support to better enable our student volunteers to serve the community. These generous gifts will help Dartmouth students to make a real difference in the lives of the people in our community, and throughout the world.
