Sophomore Summer of Service

Because of Dartmouth College's unique 'D-Plan', all rising Juniors are required to take classes the summer after their Sophomore year - this term is called 'Sophomore Summer'. The Foundation's Sophomore Summer of Service program began in the Summer of 2001 with the Dartmouth College Class of 2003 and is aimed at providing special opportunities to complete a student's already unique summer term. There are currently two Sophomore Summer projects: Habitat for Humanity and Summer Enrichment at Dartmouth (SEAD). More information can be found on these projects by following the links to the left.
