Informational sessions and other marketing conducted on campus

November 9, 2012

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE: Host Organizations must complete and submit Organizational Profiles and Organization Agreements (includes organizational description and fellowship position description).

November 19, 2012

Host Organization profiles available online to student applicants. 

November 28, 2012

FINAL DEADLINE: Host Organizations must complete and submit Organizational Profiles and Organization Agreements (includes organizational description and fellowship position description).

January 21, 2013

Fellow applications are due

January 24-29, 2013

DPCS Post-Grad Program staff and alumni prescreen applications to determine candidates for first round interviews

February 4-6, 2013

On-campus Fellow interviews conducted by DPCS Post-Grad Program alumni volunteers

February 11, 2013

Fellowship candidates are referred to Host Organizations

February 11- March 22, 2013

Fellow applicants interview with Host Organizations

March 22, 2013

Host Organizations submit offers in ranked order to DPCS Post-Grad Program

March 22, 2013

Applicants receive notification of offers

March 29, 2013

Applicants must accept or decline offers

April-June

Fellows matched with alumni mentors in local area

June-September

Fellows begin serving in fellowship placements at Host Organizations

September

Monthly educational seminars start, bringing fellows together in Washington DC and New York City respectively.
