Theresa M. Ellis ’97

Theresa M. Ellis '97 is the founder of Harbinger Partners, a non-profit organization which creates opportunities for nonprofit and for-profit corporations to work together in mutually beneficial partnerships.

"Dartmouth is proud to recognize an outstanding graduate who uses her education and research skills to affect community change," said Dean Stuart Lord. "Theresa Ellis' commitment to the non-profit sector is visible in her passion and ability to develop technology driven solutions to solving social problems."

Michael Stern '59

As president of the Big Wood Foundation, Michael Stern ’59 has been active in supporting social service organizations and providing scholarship funds to children. He founded the Big Wood Foundation, a not-for-profit grant-making program focusing on advancing youth education in New York City.

"Michael Stern's enthusiasm and encouragement for the youth of New York City is a testament to his character and his commitment to making a difference in his community and future generations," said Lord.
