What was most challenging about your experience with your Tucker program(s)?
Learning how to teach a lesson about nutrition and sustainable eating to 4th graders when I'm not sure how knowledgeable I really am about the topics. I have learned a lot through Growing Change too!
What do you love about your Tucker program(s)?
It combines so many things I love to do: gardening, working with young kids, and talking about food.
What would you say to a student who is thinking about becoming involved with Tucker?
There is something for everyone at Tucker. If you love to cook, teach, run, or anything else, you can probably find a Tucker program that fits your interests.
How has your Tucker Foundation experience affected you?
It has made me want to become involved in many more community service initiatives at Dartmouth. There are lots of awesome people doing awesome things, and it has been inspiring to hear about their projects.
What is one fun fact about you?
Throughout middle and high school, I was a competitive horseback rider.
