The TTO serves as a bridge between Dartmouth investigators and industry to ensure that Dartmouth technologies are actively transferred to the public. In addition to negotiating options and license agreements to Dartmouth technologies, we work with the Dartmouth Office of Sponsored Projects in reviewing and negotiating Sponsored Research Agreements (SRAs), Small Business Technology Transfer Agreements (STTRs), Small Business Innovation Research (SBIRs) and other industry sponsored or partnered collaborations. We also handle the transfer of materials to and from industry for evaluation and/or research purposes under Material Transfer and Confidentiality Agreements.
