A festival for the development of innovative new projects initiated by Dartmouth alumni. Vox Theater (www.voxtheater.org) will be in residence at Dartmouth from June 29-July 7, collaborating on seven new works with Dartmouth students, alumni and faculty.

Scott Silver received his undergraduate degree from Beloit College. His first “real job” was at the New American Theatre. Shortly thereafter, he accepted a staff/faculty position at the University of Tennessee Theaters, Knoxville, and the Clarence Brown Theater Company. He then attended the masters program in Technical Design & Production at the Yale School of Drama where his concentration included areas such as Stage Machinery, Electronics, Theater Architecture and Design, CAD, Rigging, Technical Design and Production Management. He has also maintained a membership with U.S.I.T.T. He joined Dartmouth’s Theater Department primarily because of Dartmouth’s emphasis on mentoring students. Mr. Silver continues to enjoy the diversity that academic theater offers him and strives to pass that excitement on to everyone he meets.
