Teriyaki Sauce:

Cut salmon filets into 1/4 lb. pieces and place in a dish (I use a glass pie plate).
Mix teriyaki sauce and pour over salmon. Cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for 1 to 8 hours, turning at least once.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Put marinated filets in grill pan. Put the leeks in the spaces between the filets. Spoon half of the marinade over the filets and leeks.
When salmon has changed color on that side, turn the filets over and add the remaining marinade. Continue grilling until salmon is done.
Serve immediately, putting leeks and reduced marinade on each portion.
