Boil chicken 20 minutes. Drain, let cool. Shred chicken.
Boil fettucine until al dente (about 15 minutes, check directions on package). Drain.
Whisk together pesto, lemon juice, and basil in a small bowl.
Heat olive oil in sauté pan. Add green onions and bell pepper. Sauté 3 minutes. Add pea pods, sauté until peas turn bright green, about 1 minute. Add chicken and sauté until chicken is hot.
Toss fettucine, vegetables, chicken, and dressing. Serve with grated parmesan cheese on the side.
