Mushroom Shrimp Bisque



  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry sherry
  • dash Tabasco sauce


Mix all ingredients except sherry in soup pot. Heat slowly, stirring constantly. Do not boil.

Remove from heat. Add sherry. Serve.
