Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts



  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Hoisin Marinade
  • 1 tespoon fresh thyme leaves (1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry or sake
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Lime Marinade
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste


Slice chicken breasts into pieces of desired thickness.

Mix one of the marinades in a mixing bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Let marinate 1 to 24 hours before grilling. Baste with any excess marinade while grilling.
