Blueberry Pie



  • 1 double-crust pie recipe
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup minute tapioca
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


While pie dough is chilling, mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and let stand for 15 minutes.

Roll out bottom crust, fill with blueberry mixture, top with second crust. Cuts slits in top crust and bake at 400° for 50 minutes. Cool thoroughly before slicing.

Makes 8 servings.
