Computer Forensics Examiner Basic Course (Initial Response Team (IRT) - This laboratory course is designed to equip computer literate government and corporate investigators/analysis with the skills needed to safely locate and secure computer evidence at the search site as well as subsequent off-site analysis. Forensics concepts and procedural skills are reinforced during a challenging comprehensive group exercise, followed by a written exam.
Compuer Foreniscs Examiner Advanced Course - This course is for students having completed the IRT or comparable basic computer forensics training (i.e., Federal Law Enforcement Training Center basic course) are eligible to attend an 8-hour seminar concentrating on forensic techniques related specifically to Internet investigations. The Internet investigations option is often provided as an adjunct to the IRT program. Also available is a 4-day advanced course that employs Linux to more safely and effectively analyze Windows systems.
Computer Forensics First Responder (Laboratory) - Here you will have on-site use of automated analysis utility as well as securing, packaging, transport and storage of evidence
Computer Forensics Program Manager - This course is additionally available to meet the needs of those
responsible for supervising computer forensics operations. In addition to an overview of essential concepts
and procedures, personnel staffing and equipment alternatives are discussed.
