
Darlene Royce has been with the Sporn Lab for two-and-one-half years.
She has been a Veterinary Technician since 1986, and moved to research in December of 2000, when she started with the Animal Resource Center (ARC) at Dartmouth College. June 2003, brought a very positive change to her career by joining the Sporn Lab at Dartmouth Medical School.
In June of 2005, Darlene received her B.S. in Studies of Medical Research from Granite State College, University of New Hampshire. She is certified through AALAS, as an RLATG (Registered Laboratory Animal Technologist), and is a member of the local Northern Mtn. Branch of AALAS.
Her lab responsibilities include in vivo experiments, specialty diet making for these experiments, animal care, Western blots, and a variety of other involvements.
Darlene is certified in the Implantation of the ALZET osmotic pumps, and Surgical Techniques in Mice.
