Plate 6b -Flux vs. energy and L shell after 500 seconds using solar proton source population with W-2 power law weighting plus inner zone and MHD fields, for southward IMF case, with a solar wind shock speed of 1000 km/s.

Plate 6c - Southward IMF case for a solar wind shock speed of 1400 km/s and W0.3 solar proton power law weighting, appropriate for the March 1991 event [Hudson et al., 1995]. Energy axis has been extended to 100 MeV for this case to coincide with the full range of the Protel instrument on CRRES.
