If you are purchasing pass(es) for a person(s) other than your self, please
notify the Skiway via email of the names of the individual(s) so we can have
the pass(es) as nearly complete as possible upon your first visit to the
Skiway. We may contact you via email for additional information or with any
questions.
Proof of age or legal guardianship may be required. "Family" tickets are
valid only for members of the immediate family [parents or guardians and their
minor children]. Use by others will result in revocation of the season pass.
Purchasing under false pretenses constitutes fraud. Children 5 and under ski
for free. Please ask for a daily lift ticket.
The passholder/purchaser agrees and acknowledges that skiing
and snowboarding are inherently hazardous activities. Hazards, both natural and
man-made, such as, but not limited to; bare spots, ice, changing snow, bumps,
sticks, stumps, trees and other participants, exist in skiing. The
passholder/purchaser accepts full responsibility for recognizing such hazards,
whether marked or unmarked, and realizes that falls and collisions are common
and that injuries can result. The passholder/purchaser accepts the hazards of
the sport and the danger of injury incident thereto, including those caused by
the negligence and carelessness of other skiers. All tickets may be revoked by
the management at any time without refund and are nontransferable. "Know Your

I have read the above statement and understand and accept the
inherent risks and dangers of participating in modern alpine
sports.
Dartmouth Faculty and Staff
The tax liability associated with this purchase will be determined for you
and will be deducted from your payroll check in a one-time lump sum on either
Feb 1st, for Monthly payroll, or Mid-February, for Bi-Weekly payroll. Check the
Blitz Bulletin- Dartmouth Skiway- for other information. Please use the
employees name as the purchaser.
