- Scheduling of facility is done through Dartmouth Skiway Reservations
are accepted up to one year in advance. During the ski season, November 20th
through April 7th, Lodge use is limited and reservations are made at the
discretion of the Skiway.
- The Rental fee for The McLane Family Lodge for the 2008 season is
$1,600.00. Events require ½ of the building rental fee to reserve the
date requested.
- Capacity for a sit down dinner approximately 200 people. We have 200
folding padded chairs and (28) 8 foot maple wooden tables for your
use.
- The Lodge is available for use until 11:00 p.m. Set-up or clean-up may be
possible the day preceding and/or following an event, depending on Lodge
schedule.
