Employee Payment Option

Dartmouth College Employee Payment Option:

As a Dartmouth College Employee, you may take advantage of a payment plan option allowing you to pay for your pass(es) over a three month period. The payment option is only available from September 1, 2014 until  September 26th, 2014.

This option uses the Employee Charge Account which is most commonly used for purchases at Dining Services.

If you do not have an account already, you will need to establish one by visiting the Dartmouth Card Office in person. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will need to have your employee ID card with you.

The process will work as follows:
Purchase pass(es) between September 1st and September 26th.
October 7, 2014—first billing
November 3, 2014—first payment due
November 5, 2014—second billing
December 3, 2014—second payment due
December 8, 2014—third billing
January 4, 2015—third payment due

If the full balance is not paid by the January 4th, 2015 due date, the College will inactivate your pass(es). 

While there is no minimum payment required each month, the College reserves the right to terminate your Skiway pass(es) if no payments are made during the first two months.

One week of notice will be given via email prior to termination of the pass(es).

If you terminate your employment at the College, the remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days of termination, or the passes will be invalidated.
