I am a fourth-year graduate student in Dartmouth College's Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences, and my advisor is Dr. Catherine Norris. I am interested in self-regulation, emotional conflict, and addiction, and use fMRI in order to understand the psychological processes related to these research questions.
My dissertation examines the impact of ambivalence on subsequent cognitive processing, as well as how ambivalence impacts cue-reactivity in cigarette smokers. Along with Dr. Norris, my committee is comprised of Dr. Todd Heatherton, Dr. Paul Whalen, and Dr. Jeff Larsen.
Please take a look around to learn more about me and the research I do. Thanks for stopping by!
