One Keasbey Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior each year to fund one or two years of study in a degree program at the universities of Oxford, Cambridge, Edinburgh, and Wales. The scholarships are supported by the Keasbey Memorial Foundation, by the late Miss Marguerite Keasbey of Pennsylvania, who set up a Trust in 1953 to provide scholarships for Americans to study in the UK. There are no restrictions based upon field of study. In 2011-12, Dartmouth College is eligible to nominate two students for this award.
In 2011-12, Dartmouth is able to nominate two candidates for this award. Keasbey Scholarship applicants must be nominated by the Dartmouth College Committee on Graduate Fellowships. Candidates must submit the following to Scholarship Advising by the campus deadline:

The Committee on Graduate Fellowships will read your application materials and decide on nominations. You will be informed of your status via email.
If you are nominated, you will be required to edit and revise your application essays with the Writing Editor.
All nominated candidates will be interviewed by the Keasbey Foundation representatives in Philadelphia on December 9, 2011.

The Scholarship Advising office will submit your final application with all materials by the Keasbey Memorial Foundation Scholarship deadline of November 14, 2011.
All three nominees will be interviewed by the Keasbey Foundation representatives in Philadelphia on December 9, 2011.
