Dartmouth Grants for Graduate Study or Research

To encourage and assist graduating seniors and recent graduates interested in graduate studies, Dartmouth College awards a number of scholarships each year.

JAMES B. REYNOLDS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR FOREIGN STUDY:

  • Dartmouth seniors and recent graduates
  • Study or projects abroad for full academic year (minimum 9 months)
  • U.S. Citizens
  • Stipend approximately $20,000
  • Deadline February 15, 2010

DARTMOUTH GENERAL FELLOWSHIPS:

  • Dartmouth seniors and recent graduates
  • Study or projects in the U.S. and abroad
  • U.S. and International students
  • Stipend up to $5,500
  • Deadline March 1, 2010

WILLIAM HILL MEMORIAL LOAN FUND:

  • Dartmouth seniors and recent graduates
  • Financial aid in the form of one low interest loan per year
  • U.S. and International students
  • Amount not to exceed $10,000
  • Deadline March 1, 2010

PAUL L. AND NEIL T. McGORRIAN FELLOWSHIP:

  • Dartmouth seniors
  • Study or projects abroad
  • U.S. citizens or permanent residents
  • Stipend approximately $3,500
  • Deadline March 1, 2010

ALFRED K. PRIEST FELLOWSHIP:

  • Dartmouth seniors and recent graduates
  • Graduate study at Harvard University (all fields)
  • U.S. and International students
  • Stipend approximately $10,000 per year
  • Deadline April 1, 2010

FRED C. SCRIBNER FELLOWSHIPS:

  • Dartmouth seniors (preference given to students from the state of Maine)
  • Law study at an accredited law school
  • U.S. and International students
  • Scribner Fellowship up to $5,000
  • Deadline April 1, 2010

CHARLES H. WOODBURY MEMORIAL LAW PRIZE:

  • Dartmouth seniors
  • Law study at an accredited law school
  • U.S. and International students
  • Woodbury Fellowship up to $3,000
  • Deadline April 1, 2010
