Senior Software Engineer 6/89- present
Work with faculty and students on curricular and research-oriented academic projects. Support researchers who are doing high performance computing on computers at Dartmouth and off-campus HPC centers. This support includes helping them to compile and run their codes, develop new codes and programs, and to optimize existing codes through parallelization. Teach minicourses on math packages, data visualization software, software development tools and scientific libraries.

Software Engineer 9/78-6/89
Developed engineering application software for modeling and simulation of physical processes for government and commerical clients on UNIX systems. Developed data acquisition and analysis software on various computer platforms.
