An alcohol exception must be requested and submitted in writing
(email) to Student Event
Registration (SEMP) at least one week in advance to the event. A
request for an exception is NOT a guarantee that permission for the exception
will be granted.
Please include in your request:
- In the subject line ^Alcohol Exception
- Hosting organizational name
- Date, time, and location of event
- What is the exception (type of alcohol (mixed drinks, two varieties),
outside event, etc.)
- Reason for requesting the exception
