Programming Board Mission:
The Programming Board is a student-initiated and student-directed
organization committed to:
- Providing a variety of social entertainment events open to the entire
Dartmouth undergraduate community
- Serving as a vehicle through which students can express their voice and
bring their ideas to life
- Supporting and collaborating with other student organizations
- Creating leadership experiences and opportunities for our diverse
membership
- Reaching out and maintaining a strong relationship with the Dartmouth
campus and community
- Upholding Dartmouth traditions and helping students to build new and
lasting memories
The Programming Board is open to all undergraduates. To become a voting
member, an individual must attend three consecutive meetings during the
term.
Programming Board meetings are every Monday at 3pm in 101 Collis. If you
would like to join or would like more information, please contact us at pbo@dartmouth.edu.
In addition to developing and executing its own events, the Board encourages
student organizations and individuals to produce events by making funds
available through a co-sponsorship budget. Guidelines and application forms can
be found in the Collis Center & Student Activities Office, 303 Collis or
can be printed out here. Deadline for proposals is noon on Friday. Proposals
are voted on at meetings. Funding proposals must be handed in at the Collis
Center & Student Activities Office, 303 Collis. Funding applications will
NOT be accepted via email.
The Programming Board is pleased to receive its funding through the
Undergraduate Finance Committee, or UFC.
