Reservations for space can be made by any recognized student organization.
This resource will help you to understand what are the attributes of various
campus spaces.
To actually make a space reservation, do the following:
- Blitz Collis
Reservations for Collis, Thayer and Robinson;
- Call Athletic Facilities (646-3654) for athletic facilities;
- Call Events Office (646-2923) for classroom buildings, Hopkins Center,
D.O.C. House and outdoor spaces;
- Call Tucker Foundation (646-3350) for Rollins Chapel;
- Call Roth Center for Jewish Life (646-0410) for Roth Center;
- Call Outdoor Programs (646-2428) for Moosilaukee and cabins;
- Call Residential Life (646-3093) for Residence hall common spaces.
- Pick up a copy of the Student Spaces Grid available in the Collis Center
& Student Activities Office, 303 Collis Center.
Mailboxes
COSO recognized organizations mail is available for pickup in Collis
303. Each president should do a weekly check of the mailbox.
