The application for COSO Recognition is provided here, for downloading, in
Adobe's PDF format, for
which you will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader program to view and
print. If you don't have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can
download it here, free of
charge.
Please download the form, print it, fill out the first two pages and return
them to the Collis Center & Student Activities Office (Collis 303). The
remaining pages of the document are a sample constitution and a series of
policies and requirements necessary for the recognition process.
A group requesting recognition will be invited to attend a COSO meeting to
discuss their proposal. Recognition meetings are held the first Wednesday
of every month when the term is in session.
