ALL TREASURERS: EVERY TERM: TREASURER TERM CHECK-IN
PROCESS
ATTN: ALL STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE STUDENT LIFE
AREA (this includes COSO organizations, Winter Carnival, Class
Councils, DOC Clubs, Afro-American Society, Student Assembly, and Green Key
Society)
At the beginning of every term, every organization must identify a treasurer
who will take on the organization’s financial responsibilities for the duration
of the term. The treasurer will participate in a term check-in before the
organization is allowed to access funds that term. The process authorizes
the treasurer for only one term, and must be completed each term even if you
have been a treasurer in a previous term.
