Webviewer Information

In order to reserve space at Collis (or spaces in Robinson or in Hoveys or Tindle Lounge in Thayer Hall) one must use the Webviewer.

The easiest way to access the webviewer, if you are on campus, is to simply type "webviewer" into the address field of your favorite web browser and press enter/return. If you are off campus you will need to type http://webviewer.dartmouth.edu

You will be immedietely directed to Dartmouth's web authentication page where you must type in your blitz username and password.

You will then see a selection of all the various webviewers available to the Dartmouth Community:

Tuck WebViewer for Staff / Tuck WebViewer for Students / DCAD (Athletics) WebViewer for Staff / DMS WebViewer / CCTR (Collis Center) WebViewer for Staff / CCTR (Collis Center) WebViewer for Students / HCTR (Hopkins Center) WebViewer / CONF (Conferences and Special Events Office) WebViewer / Thayer Engineering School WebViewer / Office of Residential Life WebViewer / etc.

If you are a student, you must use the CCTR (Collis Center) WebViewer for Students. If you are staff, you must use CCTR (Collis Center) WebViewer for Staff.

If you are staff and you wish to request Common Ground, you must use the Conferences and Special Events Office (CONF) WebViewer. When you request Common Ground, you will be simply requesting a space of similar dimension, but you will need to also consider the use of other similar spaces (i.e. Alumni Hall, Top of the Hop, Alumni Gym etc.)

In order to complete the form your event will need to be sponsored by a valid department or organization. You will also need to have the chart string (17 to 25 digit account number) of your department or organization.

You will need to provide a number of details and answer each question.

Once the request has been accepted, you will recieve a confirmation email. Please note that this is simply a confirmation that your request has been recieved. Our Reservations Coordinator still will need to make the reservation within R25.
