I teach Ec 24 (Development Economics) in the Fall and (usually) Spring quarters. I will be on leave and visiting Harvard in academic year 2012-2013, so will not be teaching then.

Here is the (preliminary) Spring 2012 Syllabus.

NOTE: The 10 section fills up very quickly. I cannot make individual decisions on letting students into the class: if the class is full, you should see Karen Pelletier (Department Administrator - 311 Rockefeller Hall) to be placed on a waiting list. There is a good chance one or two students will get into the class from the waiting list, but of course we cannot promise anything. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to register for the 9L section but attend the 10 class. The 9L section usually has available slots.
