Definitions

Crime Bond Coverage for employee theft or embezzlement.
Fiduciary Liability Insurance for those who administrator pension and welfare funds, profit-sharing and other employee benefit plans, against loss for errors and omissions by the administrator. The need for this coverage was created by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) of 1974.
Educators Legal Liability Designed specifically for schools, colleges, and other education-related institutions -- combines coverage such as directors and officers, errors and omissions, and employment practices liability. Retained deductible: $100,000
Electronic Data Processing (Media) Protection on "mission critical" equipment scheduled with OIRMI, software, extra expenses incurred due to failure of such equipment caused by an insured event and loss of earnings. Retained deductible $5,000
Environmental Legal Liability Three-part coverage for pollution legal liability (claims from a third party for bodily injury or property damage), remediation expense resulting from pollution conditions on the insured's premises, and professional services liability brought about by reason of any act, error or omission that gives rise to pollution conditions caused by covered services rendered by any professional person for whose acts, errors or omission the insured is legally responsible. Retained deductible: $50,000
Fine Arts & Rare Books Insures against risks of direct physical loss or damage from insurable external causes on the permanent collection as well as borrowed exhibits. Retained deductible $10,000
Blanket Property Provides replacement building (or actual cash value if not replaced) up to the blanket limit of the policy for damage caused by fire or building collapse. The policy also carries a lesser limit for damage caused by flood or earthquake. Retained deductible $100,000
Workers' Compensation and
Employer's Liability
The New Hampshire Department of Labor mandates coverage for all employees. This insurance covers necessary medical expenses and a weekly benefit for lost time from work due to a disability caused by an accident or an illness/disease related to employment. Coverage Part 2 provides coverage against the common law liability of an employer for injuries sustained by an employee.
General Liability A policy tailored for College and University exposures insuring against claims from third parties for bodily injury or property damage. The primary limit is covered by numerous layers to increase the maximum insured limits available. Coverage enhancements include but are not limited to:

Medical Malpractice Provides coverage for wrongful acts for specifically covered professionals involved with health care related practices.
