Ordering an Official Transcript - Alumni

Alumni may request Official Transcripts requests by logging in to the Transcript Request Page. You will need your Dartmouth NetID to log in. Due to FERPA restrictions we are unable to accept e-mail requests. Official Transcripts may be delivered in either certified PDF ("eTranscript") or paper formats for classes from 1986 and after. The types of transcripts available to you will appear on our Transcript Request Page, visible after you log in.

If you have not yet claimed your NetID, or have forgotten it, please follow the instructions found on the Vox Online Network help page, or contact the Alumni Helpdesk at support@helpdesk.dartmouth.org or (603) 646-3202.

We are happy to place your Official Transcripts in a signed and sealed envelope; if you need this, please indicate that in the request.

There is no charge for Official Transcripts.

Official Transcripts may not be faxed to the recipient. Please note that we are soon going to be offering a new service to alumni, Official e-Transcripts, which will allow for online ordering and delivery of electronic transcripts in a secure environment. Stay tuned!

Official Transcript requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Normal processing time is 2 business days. Please order Official Transcripts at least one week in advance of the required mailing date. During busy periods, such as the start and end of terms, it may take up to 5 business days.

If you wish to request expedited delivery for a paper transcript, create a UPS account on the UPS website, and provide us with that account number for billing.
