Undergraduate transcripts must be requested in writing. Requests via
e-mail are not accepted.
Please include the following information in your request:
- your name (and the name you used here, if different)
- your class year (or dates of attendance)
- your student ID number (or Social Security number)
- the address(es) to which the transcript(s) should be sent
- your current mailing address and telephone number
- you must sign the request
If you require the transcripts to be in a signed and sealed envelope, please
indicate that in the request. On campus students (those in an "R" term) may
come to the Registrar's Office in person to request transcripts.
There is no charge for undergraduate transcripts.
Transcripts are not faxed.
Transcript requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
Please order transcripts at least one week in advance of the required
mailing date. During the Fall term grade processing period (after
final exams) transcript requests may take up to three weeks to process.

NOTE: You may request expedited delivery of your transcript
for a fee. Expedited delivery does not mean that your transcript request will
be processed more quickly.
