Dartmouth College provides housing for many of its graduate students both on and off campus. The Real Estate Office manages North Park Graduate Housing for single first year graduate students, and Sachem Village for graduate students with partners and/or children. There is also housing available for graduate students on South Street in Downtown Hanover. First year Tuck School students may apply to the Tuck School for on-campus housing.
Housing assignments for the 2007-2008 school year will begin May 2008.
The Real Estate Office also maintains a list of currently available rentals owned by landlords other than Dartmouth. This Upper Valley Rental List is the most comprehensive listing of rentals in the Upper Valley. It is updated daily, Monday - Friday, and is available to the Dartmouth community and the general public on a web site managed by the Real Estate Office.
