Brauner Book Award
Last night at the NESACS Education Awards Dinner held at Northeastern University, Jeff Garber received the 2008 Phyllis A. Brauner Memorial Book Award for best oral presentation by an undergraduate at the Northeast Student Chemistry Research Conference.
He chose to receive a copy of the latest edition of March's Advanced Organic Chemistry (in which the authors have graciously moved the references back to a footnote format).
Jeff will be doing an internship over the summer at AstraZeneca's R&D center in Waltham, MA.
