Fees

• $100 Enrollment Fee (required) Non-refundable
  
• $2,700 Program fee (required) Includes instruction, text, lunches and dinners, tutoring and cultural events.
• $560 Dormitory Housing Package Fee (optional) Includes 10 nights in an air-conditioned dormitory room (single occupancy unless otherwise indicated) and continental breakfast in the dormitory.
• $50 Per Additional Night(s) Dormitory Housing Fee (optional)
• $30 Parking Pass (optional) - Allows you to park in designated parking lot.
• $50 Athletic Pass (optional) Non-refundable - Allows access to the fitness center, pools, racquetball courts, and running tracks. Please not that summer fitness center hours my not be ideal for ALPs participants.

Payment
A non-refundable enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment, and is in addition to the program fees.  Program fees are due in full by June 1. We reserve the right to withdraw any program offering or any portion of the program, in which case program fees already paid will be refunded.  All fees may be paid by cash, check, wire transfer, or Visa or MasterCard. Installment arrangements may be made by contacting us.

Each summer, the Rassias Foundation offers a variety of scholarships available for ALPs participants. All scholarship applications require an essay of approximately 500 words in length. Please see the section on scholarships for more information.

Discount Policy
Here is a list of available discounts.
Please note: Discount participation limited to one per person..

Dartmouth College employees, students, and alumni: $150.00 off program fees.
ALPs Alumni: $150.00 off program fees.
Each additional member of the same family: $250 off program fees.
General Public: If enrolling in 2 sessions - $250 off program fees for the additional session and only one enrollments fee.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing by May 24, 2008. Submissions after this date run the risk of incurring program fee penalties.
