Scientific Equipment & Supplies

Dartmouth College has contracted with Fisher Scientific to supply scientific equipment and supplies. The contract includes special pricing on specific items and discounts off list on various commodities. Dartmouth reserves the right to bid large scientific orders, please contact your Procurement Specialist for more information.

How do I obtain additional information about the products available?

You may obtain additional information about the products by contacting your Procurement Specialists for this commodity or the Sales Representative Assigned to the campus.

How do I place an order?

Send an email request to one of the above Procurement Specialist (or you may fax your request to 603-646-3810). The blitz (or fax) should include the following information:

• Purchasing Card number and expiration date
• If you do not have a purchasing card, a valid Dartmouth Purchase Requisition number
• Delivery information (Name, building, room, department)
• Product information (product code, quantity, unit of measure)

Other Charges:

Normally, you should not encounter any additional charges for freight, delivery, packaging, etc. You will receive a delivery charge if you are requesting overnight delivery service.

Returning Merchandise:

If you would like to return a product. Please contact the on-site Fisher Representative (see contact information above).

Please have a copy of the packing slip on which the item was shipped. Information from the packing slip is required to process returns. If a return is required, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be assigned. This number must be affixed to the packages when they are picked up for return. Central Stores personnel will pick up merchandise. Please keep a copy of your information. You should receive a credit within approximately two weeks.
