Ordering From Central Stores

Inventory Operations has provided several template order forms for your convenience in ordering various items from the Central Stores Stockroom. These order forms list the items available in specific commodity groups; Computer Supplies, Copier Supplies, Custodial Supplies and Office Supplies. A blank Excel Stock Requisition Form is also available.

To complete these order forms, please provide the following information:

• Department name, building name and room number for accurate delivery
• Complete chart string/PTAEO
• Contact name for delivery location
• Quantity of item(s) desired and correct unit of measure
• Extra blank lines are available for additional items as needed
