The primary objective of the various Inventory Operations is to provide an
inventory of materials available to all College departments for the purpose of
performing their daily operations. Through bulk purchases, annual contracts,
and competitive bidding, substantially lower prices are available to all
departments. All supplies are sold at an average costing, with no mark up or
shipping charges. Inventory transactions are transmitted to departmental budget
account numbers daily. There are several reports available to monitor all
stockroom purchases. Periodically, catalogs are distributed to college
departments listing the items carried in stock. Updated catalogs are available
upon request.
