Magic: The Gathering

In case you don't know, Magic is a card game that is quite fun to play, but it uses collectable cards (imagine a game with a distribution of cards like baseball cards - you don't know what you'll get when you buy new cards). It takes a good bit of thinking to combine the cards to their best effect, especiallys since there are literally thousands of cards to choose from.

If you are interested in learning more and picking up a fun game then track me down and I'll teach you to play. If you already know how to play, please get in touch as I'm always interested in playing and trading.

My haves/wants lists are located on MOTL.

For help with determining how much cards might sell for on Ebay, look at set-price. I have also written an article to guide you in selling your Magic cards effectively.

Ben Bleiweiss's article and followup article on draft boxes. The idea is to assemble 15 card packs out of the box, and then perform a regular draft.

The current proportions give the following numbers:

If you are interested in using my program for managing your draft box so that you have no more than X of any card (we use 1), then you are free to use my Perl program edit-draft.
